Clint Davis
Clint Davis is President and co-founder of Red Cliff Strategic Corporation. Red Cliff Strategic is a company that provides complete supply chain services and specializes in Asian operations. He has over 20 years experience managing supply chain services for Fortune 500 companies such as Nike, International Paper, Con Agra and BP.
Most recently, Clint served as the Director of Operations for International Supply Chain Management for OIA Global Logistics. There he was considered a trusted leader and innovative agent-of-change having developed dozens of supply chains bringing “Lean” techniques with Six Sigma results. Since 1997 he was instrumental in developing the Supply Chain Management division from its inception to over $150 million in annual revenue.
Previously Clint directed operations for International Paper and Beatrice where he developed national distribution systems and contributed to the development of industry leading technology.
Scott Hawkins
Scott Hawkins is Vice-President and co-founder of Red Cliff Strategic. Scott has over 12 years experience with global supply chain and international retail operations. He has provided opeatonal excellence for companies such as Nike, The Gap, Home Depot and General Nutrition Centers.
International engagements include: setting up retail operations in New Zealand, managing retail franchises in 7 Asian countries with 55 store locations, vendor management and quality assurance services in Shenzhen, China, and attending 3-month lean manufacturing training in Vietnamese footwear industry.
Scott holds a Master's of International Mangement in Global Supply Chain Management and a dual-Bachelor's in Economics and East Asian Studies. He speaks Mandarin and has attended university in Taichung, Taiwan.
